基于UPLC-TOF-MS研究理中汤对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠肠道菌群代谢谱的调控作用
摘要： 溃疡性结肠炎又称非特异性结肠炎，诱发因素众多，且目前还未有治愈的用药方案，脾肾阳虚是其不易治愈的重要因素之一。基于理中汤有很好的健脾温肾的功效，在临床上得到广泛的应用。本实验将采用超高液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱联用的技术来探讨理中汤对溃疡性结肠炎粪便代谢谱的影响。

Regulation of Lizhong Decoction on Intestinal Microflora Metabolism Spectrum in Ulcerative Colitis Mice Based on UPLC-TOF-MS
Abstract:Ulcerative colitiswhichknown as non-specific colitis has many inducing factors, and there is no cure plan at present. Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency is one of the important factors why it isnot easy to cure. Lizhong Decoction has a good effect of invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney, and has been widely used in clinic. In this study, the effects of Lizhong Decoction on stool metabolic profiles of ulcerative colitis were investigated by UPLC-TOF-MS.
