基于纳米复合物/温敏凝胶系统延缓低分子量肝素的释放文献综述

文献综述

肝素(unfaretionated heparin , UFH)在静脉血栓形成(venous thromboembolism,VTE)和肺栓塞(embolism of pulmonary artery,PE)等血栓性疾病的治疗方面已经确立一定的地位。但是,它的半衰期短,具有潜在的严重副作用。低分子量肝素(low molecular weight heparin ,LMWH)在过去几十年中已经普及。由于其合适的药代动力学特征,它们使得长期的临床应用成为可能,例如,预防深静脉血栓形成。尽管低分子肝素的使用并不像肝素那样频繁,但仍至少需要每日注射一次。本研究是设计一种能延长LMWH释放的新型输送系统,从而可能延长抗血栓效果的持续时间,减少给药次数,增加患者顺应性,降低医疗成本,具有潜在的应用前景。
