当归芍药散对过氧化损伤成骨细胞的保护作用

摘 要】绝经后妇女骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是绝经后妇女的常见病以及多发病,其原因主要是绝经后妇女的卵巢功能减退、雌激素水平下降,导致骨吸收与骨形成的平衡被打破,从而使得全身的骨量减少、骨组织的微结构遭到破坏,增加了骨痛和骨折风险。本文以骨形成为切入点,探讨成骨细胞功能,论述药物对过氧化损伤的成骨细胞的保护作用,探讨未来治疗绝经后骨质疏松症可能的研究方向。

Abstract: Postmenopausalosteoporosis is a common and popular disease in postmenopausal women.Its basic pathogenesis is metabolic imbalance of boneformation and bone absorption caused by a decline of ovarian function and adrop in estrogen level. The characteristics of the disease are bone mass lossof the whole body,after bone microstrucyure is broken down ,bone pain andfracture are coming soon.This paper takes bone formation as the breakthoughpoint to investigate the function of osteoblasts ,to study the protectiveeffects of drugs on the osteoblasts induced by oxidative damage, and to discussthe possible research directions in the future.

目前,全国骨质疏松患者已近7000万人,绝经后骨质疏松(postmenopausalosteoporosis,PMOP)约占80%,而且随着人口不断老龄化,其患病率还将进一步增加[1]。PMOP是一种慢性多因素的骨疾病,其中绝经导致内分泌紊乱造成骨吸收相对或绝对增多,使骨形成和骨吸收之间的平衡被打破是其关键病理环节之一。
