【摘要】近年来,随着数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)速度大幅提高,成本迅速下降,对功率因数校正电路用数字控制的研究也越来越多。数字控制相对模拟控制有以下显而易见的优点:对环境的变化不敏感例如温度变化、电压波动、器件老化等等;可以减少控制器件,这样在增加了集成度和可靠性的同时也降低了生产成本;同时,研发周期也可以缩短。
本篇文献综述作为毕业设计的开题报告,其书写目的在于学习功率因数校正的必要性及基本校正调节原理,同时能够初步学习数字控制电路设计知识,通过查阅与数字控制功率因数校正技术有关的文献,为下学期的毕业设计的顺利进行奠定知识上的基础。本文的主要内容如下:较为全面地调研了功率校正因数技术的基本内容,其中包括功率因数的定义、分类以及原理。阐述了数字控制的意义,数字控制系统的组成以及数字控制的发展情况。本课题要研究或解决的问题和拟采用的研究手段。

【Abstract】In recent years, with the rapid increase of the speed of digital signal processor (DSP) and field programmable gate array (FPGA), the cost of power factor correction circuit is increasing. Digital control compared with analog control has the following advantages: obviously not sensitive to environmental changes such as temperature, voltage fluctuation, aging and so on; reduce and control devices, such an increase in the degree of integration and reliability but also reduces the cost of production; at the same time, also can shorten the development cycle. In this paper, the principles and kinds of power factor correction technology have been investigated, especially the necessity of digital control power factor correction and the research of basic correction and regulation principle.

一、功率因数校正技术概论
1.1 引言
随着电力电子技术的飞速发展,人类对电能的利用能力以及各种类型供电系统的技术水平都有了很大的改善。但由于不控整流器在功率设备中的广泛应用,各种谐波对电网的污染也变得十分严重,使得电能的生产、传输、和利用的效率降低。为了解决这一问题,抑制开关电源产生的谐波,我们必须设计新一代高性能整流器,它应具有输入电流为正弦波、谐波含量低以及功率因数高等特点,即具有功率因数校正(PFC, Power Factor Correction)功能。
