城镇污水处理厂污泥的处理与处置分析
摘要:随着我们迈入21世纪，全世界都进入了高新科技不断更新的年代。我国也不例外，我们中国在这段时间创造了举世瞩目的经济增长奇迹，我国工业也发展迅猛。由于经济增长而导致环境问题的多发，而人们对生活环境的要求越来越高，所以污水处理厂也是越建越多。污泥处理是污水处理的一个很有前景的研究方向，而且污泥的处理与处置问题也越来越严峻，处理不好不但会影响城镇居民生活质量，也会对城市形象产生负面影响。本文对污泥的处理处置进行了深度研究，列举了主要的污泥处理与处置方法，同时通过查找相关文献综合了一些新技术和新方法，探讨了有效的污泥处理方法和合适的利用途径。最终实现污泥的无害化、环保化、资源化的转换。希望能为相关设计人员带来帮助。

Abstract: As we enter the 21st century, the world has entered the era of high and new technology. China is no exception.During this period of time, China has created a miracle of economic growth that has attracted worldwide attention. Due to economic growth, environmental problems occur frequently, and people have higher and higher requirements for living environment, so more and more sewage treatment plants are built. Sludge treatment is a promising research direction of sewage treatment, and the problem of sludge treatment and disposal is becoming more and more serious. Bad treatment will not only affect the quality of life of urban residents, but also have a negative impact on the image of the city. This paper makes a deep study on the treatment and disposal of sludge, lists the main methods of sludge treatment and disposal, and discusses the effective methods of sludge treatment and appropriate utilization through searching relevant literature and synthesizing some new technologies and methods. Finally, the sludge can be transformed into harmless, environmentally friendly and resource-based sludge.Hope to bring help to relevant designers.

引言
随着我国经济的不断发展，城镇化率的不断提升，污水处理的需求也在提高。经济情况稍好的地区甚至每个城镇都会有一个污水处理厂，污泥产量也随之剧增。污泥处理问题尤其是污泥处置问题凸显严重，需要政府相关部门予以重视。据相关数据显示，我们中国城镇污水处理厂的污泥年产量已经达到4000多万吨以上，而且增长趋势很猛，预计到2020年我国城镇污泥年产量将达到6000至9000万吨不等。但这些污泥当中大多数是简单脱水然后直接外运最后埋填，只有很少一部分被合理利用。这不仅浪费了这种具有利用价值的资源，而且对可持续发展以及环境友好造成了破坏，有二次污染的危险。
